Facebook, the social media giant has supposedly won a rare lawsuit in China! Yes, China! The same place where Apple had no chance of winning theirs. Facebook have been victorious in a rare copyright victory in China after a Beijing court dismissed a local company's attempt to register "face book" as a separate trademark.In the ruling that was out, the company that registered for a trade mark had in fact violated moral principle according to the court ruling with "obvious intention to duplicate and copy from another high-profile trademark." The decision was come to a conclusion back in April itself but due to little or null coverage of news regarding this, you might now have read or heard about this anywhere. Now you do!

But for me, Apple automatically downloads the HOA podcast by Dutch DJ Hardwell anytime he’s out with his new upload. It’s hard to remember a time when podcasts weren’t really prime in the media. About ten years ago, Apple had yet to really drive themselves in to the digital audio space. But now podcasts are drawing audiences from across the country and across demographics in not just one area of interest but according to statistics podcasts have seen an increase in stats over the years.

To add up to this sweet news for Lenovo users, the firm also mentioned that 100,000 units of their Virtual Reality gear were sold as well. To mark this important news for them, Lenovo have now confirmed that the Vibe K4 note and Ant VR headset bundled will be available at around 250$ through Amazon.

Now, Microsoft have decided that things have to be turned and hence decided that developers can now design without requirements for coding. Employees that need access to certain business data on the go can now build their own app for it using a tool from Microsoft that went into public beta on Friday.
