Blackberry are trying to bounce back into the smartphone industry desperately. Since the release of Blackberry Priv only induced more burden for the Canadian smartphone manufacturer due to insane pricings, it's pretty much evident a new mid-range segment phone is all under way.

From the leaks if they are to heed any truth, Blackberry's new mid-range phone segment have been leaked online with images surfacing even on popular image uploading sites. The codenames for both the phones have also been leaked with one being code-named Hamburg and Rome. The first two shots of both the phones indicates that someone desperate for purchase have already spilt the beans on the new hardware by Blackberry.

Both the images leaked, however thankfully or unfortunately have revealed only the front of the handsets which seem to sport metallic build in both the variants. However, the additional leak seems to be a prototype but however, Blackberry's android flagship was also leaked the same fashion and everything appeared to be true. The blackberry logo is seen proudly embedded on the top with the speaker grill at the bottom expanding till the bottom of both the edges. The power button seems to be likely placed on the left and the volume buttons are seen on the right side of the phone. From the both the leaks, it's highly unlikely the Hamburg will be a slider just like its elder brother Priv.

The handset Rome seems to be sporting the speaker grill at the top along with the front-facing camera along with some sensors just adjacent to it. The company's logo is present just below the speaker along with the physical keyboard present as well at the bottom and might be curved from both sides just resembling the Priv. Since these are only leaks and not really the prototype units, nothing can be called as of now and we have to wait more for John Chen to bring some good news after all
