Thai famed KGI securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes about the iPhone 7 shipments to go down the charts due to a non-impressive smartphone from Apple. This would only add up to Apple's market woes. Even though KGI had already predicted that the sales for the new iPhones now presently being the 6S to only drop and not go up which is factually true, this news might not turn around the fortunes for the Cupertino giants for the better or worse of the year in 2016.

According to a new prediction, there is the fact that the shipment units would even be lower than 2014's disgusting and disappointing figures. The analyst attributed this from a lot of factors which primarily would also be drawn from iPhone 7's no new features and nothing attractive to draw more consumers towards themselves.

Kuo isn't one who raises the alarm over each and every dip in the markets but this certain prophecy of his has already raised a lot of eyebrows. He also predicts that in the worst case of situations, Apple will only be able to dump about less than 200 million units of iPhones this year. That is just a little above of seven million that it shipped in 2014.

In the best of the fortunes for Apple, the numbers might only increase to another five million which is still drastically lower than its Android competitor Samsung which arguably ships more than 250million units of their flagships on average. Kuo also predicted that Samsung would ship more than 300 million units for this year. However, other analyst forecasts predict Apple to ship around 210 to 230 million units of their new iPhones this year.

Kuo actually believes that iPhone 7 will be a massive fail also failing to impress the smartphone market which is by given Apple's history is definitely ballsy enough to predict. Kuo stressed about the inability of the new and upcoming iPhones with new and nil attractive features that would make the phone a worthy purchase unless people are only upgrading their models from an older model and also chances were that they might opt down to buy the iPhone SE instead.
