As Apple fans wait for the arrival of MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 2016, the internet is buzzing with rumors about its specs and release date.

According to the latest reports, Apple laptops are soon to be launched. This year, MacBook Pro and Air variants will be upgraded from their previous models. Mane expected this to happen in the fall event in March. However, the new line of laptops was a no-show at the March event.

But it is only a matter of time when MacBook Pro and MacBook Air will finally be launched. Reports indicate that the ultra-thin laptop offerings from Apple will be released in the second half of the year. These new models are expected to arrive in June at the company's WWDC event.

Apple suppliers are undergoing tough competition as they are now receiving bulk orders for components. Many companies are competing for the privilege orders from Apple like China-based Desay and Sunwoda Electronics are in line for battery pack orders, while Amphenol and Shin Zu Shing and Jarllytec are holding out for the hinges.

There are also rumors that Apple will be debuting new operating systems this year, namely TVOS and WatchOS. With this news came the speculation that OS X may also witness rebranding.

This OS will perhaps rename and call itself MacOS. However, for now, Apple remains absolutely tight lipped about the company's plans to rename their operating system. The news stems from the fact that MacOS was mentioned in a recent Apple environmental support along with other operating systems, iOS, tvOS and WatcOS, discussing their individual power consumption.
