Rob Kardashian did not recognize Caitlyn Jenner at all when his big sister, Kim Kardashian, sent him the picture of the Vanity Fair cover.

Kim said to Access Hollywood, "I've been on the phone maybe five different times sending it to all the family members ... So I sent it on a mass text to everybody ... It was so funny because all the girls, we knew Caitlyn was shooting this, but my brother had no idea."

She said Rob's response to the picture read, "Kim, why are you sending me this? Who is this woman and why do I care?"

Kim then replied, "Rob, that's Bruce! That's Caitlyn!" Rob then responded, "Oh my God, she's beautiful!." Kim added that Rob then called Caitlyn and "they had a love fest."

Rob has been notably absent from the reality show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" after reportedly dealing with weight issues as well as depressive symptoms. On this season, there was a two-part special focused on Bruce's announcement that he wanted to become a woman. The episodes also featured his family's reaction and Rob was not a part of this at all.

In the episodes, however, Bruce did not talk about his new identity at all. Bruce as Caitlyn was first revealed yesterday by Vanity Fair. Since the picture were released, Caitlyn has received a lot of support from her family, celebrities, President Barack Obama and others.

Caitlyn has 2.03 million followers on Twitter as of June 2.
