Netflix recently poked fun at Apple Watch with a faux ad for 'Netflix Watch' - an iPhone strapped to wrist and playing Netflix.

The one minute video starts in a classic Apple fashion: white background, whimsical music, and a narrator discussing "total freedom."

"Meet Netflix Watch. It's the vast world of Netflix right on your wrist," the commercial for the 'Netflix Watch' says. "Not only do you get a clear picture, quality streaming and your favorite shows and movies but it also isn't THAT inconvenient. So for a relaxing time, make it a Netflix time."

We believe the video had to come out on April Fool's day and not when Apple released more details about how one can order the watch.

According to statistics, users are in favor of Netflix. According to a Wednesday report from Strategy Analytics, even those who pay $99 per year for Amazon Prime are more likely to watch streaming video on Netflix than Amazon Instant.

About 63 percent of Amazon Prime subscribers used Netflix in the last month compared to 59 percent who used Prime Instant Video, Strategy Analytics found. Twenty-three percent used both, PC Mag reported.
