Periscope Can Now Let Users Keep Broadcasts Forever Using #Save Replays

Responding to the growing demand of a permanent save feature in its livestreaming platform, Periscope announced a beta trial which sees the addition of #save to make users’ video broadcasts stay online forever. This puts the Twitter-owned app against Facebook’s very own platform ‘Live’ integrated within its 1.6 billion-strong social networking ecosystem.
