Apple AirPods To Be Delivered On Wednesday: Store Availability Here!

Apple users who have processed preorder for the new AirPods have already received order confirmation through their emails. Based on the email shipping confirmation, customers may expect to have their very own wireless earbuds delivered on December 21.

Customers who have processed orders for the AirPods within the first two hours after preorders have started last Tuesday have already been sent shipping confirmation through their emails confirming that estimated delivery time for the wireless earbuds will be on Wednesday.

However, Apple Insider reports that just a few hours after preorder has opened, supplies for the AirPods have depleted due to high demand, causing the expected shipping dates to be moved to at least four weeks. Other customers who will place their orders will most likely receive the wireless earbuds in February.

Based on rumors online, the Apple AirPods will also be available to selected Apple retail stores and mobile carrier outlets as well as Apple resellers on Monday. Specific information was not yet given but consumers should expect supplies will be scarce.

In line with this, a previous report in News Everyday has announced that repair and replacement of an Apple AirPod, and other out of warranty issues will cost $69. Apple's pricing page has also shared the cost of battery repair, since it is essential to make the wireless earbuds work, priced at $49. As announced by the giant company, the Apple AirPods come with a one year warranty and customers should not be charged as long as the issue is covered.

The Apple AirPods are designed with Apple's W1 chip which makes the wireless earbuds detect when they are in the ears of a person. The said technology, according to Economic Times, also allows the device to last up to five hours. The AirPods also comes with a charging case that can recharge the wireless earbuds up to five times. Each earbud will also work without its pair and prices at $159.
