Fans can't get over with where "Grey's Anatomy" have left everyone with its midseason finale. The fire of romance that might start, the romance that might be blown away, and the profession everybody protects.

The Episode 13 of "Grey's Anatomy" has given some hints that a possible romantic relationship might bloom between Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) and Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo). Alex's decision to go to jail, a decision he must do to help Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) from preventing her past from getting brought up to court.

Alex thought telling Meredith wouldn't mean that much but apparently, Meredith finds his decision hard to accept and she wanted him to change his mind. The look in their eyes is teasing fans with their chemistry. The next episode would clarify all of this.

At the same time, a love story might start in "Grey's Anatomy". As one love has officially ended between Owen's (Kevin McKidd) young wife Amelia. She may not be prepared to bear children for him just yet and this is a dream he has always wanted. Traumatized and afraid, Amelia ran away leaving behind a simple note. The decision of Amelia might be just an initial reaction to what she's going through and the Owelia loveteam is really in danger.

The 'You Haven't Done Nothin' episode of "Grey's Anatomy" was full of breath stopping events and decisions, with the massive inflow of patients because of a disaster. It never stopped the writers to add conflict between the doctors, specifically between Richard (James Pickens, Jr.) and Eliza Minnick who is in the same territory and it looks like Eliza is not willing to share and at the same time Bailey and Richard started to have issues between them because of it.

"Grey's Anatomy" has a lot of things going once it comes back but if there is one thing that bothers almost everyone is Meredith Grey's Alzheimer Disease. Meredith Grey already suffered a lot, losing Derek in her life is one of it and it is difficult for her as they have been one of the best couples in the series.

As soon as "Grey's Anatomy" comes back, the questions might be finally answered. Is Owelia really finished? Will Richard be thrown out of the hospital because of Eliza? What about Alex and Meredith? Do they really have a chance for love? And lastly, how will Meredith Grey's Alzheimer's disease affect everybody?
