'Criminal Minds' Season 12 Spoilers, News & Updates: New Character Coming In? Fans Still Angry It's Not Thomas Gibson!

When Shemar Moore (Derek Morgan) left the show “Criminal Minds” and Thomas Gibbson (Aaron Hotchner) was fired shortly after that, fans started planning what to do to bring their favorite characters back on the screen, so they started a boycott. However, in season 12 of “Criminal Minds”, fans will get to see a new character, but that won’t be Thomas Gibbson.

According to Inquistr, fans are angry because they lost their favorite character Thomas Gibbson and now they will have to meet a new one. The replacement happened while the mid-season finale on December 7. Adam Rodriguez came into the show to replace Shamar Moore. The show’s future is on a thin ice here, with two new characters replacing fans’ favorite ones. A lot of fans are willing to give the actors a chance to prove themselves while some of them are cutting the show for good.

According to an earlier report by News Every Day, Thomas Gibbson was fired because of a previous disagreement with one of the writers and when the writer fired him, he knew exactly how to cut him so he can bring him back later in the show. The show is facing a serious bad rating because of the two actors leaving and now with a replacement, it can go either very good or worse.

According to Hall Of Fame Magazine, a new FBI Agent will help BAU to crack more cases. Recently the production team announced another experienced FBI agent will become part of the team. In the next case, BAU will need Walker’s former skills to solve a serial killing case in Yakima, Washington. The killer who hides behind the scarecrow mask killed 12 people and left their bodies by a creek in Washington.
