This is good news to all the fans who love to play "Super Mario." The developers of the video game have created a version that is playable in mobile devices. This new game is called "Super Mario Run" and it will be introduced in iOS next week. This is the first time that the game will use mobile devices. But eventually, the game will also be introduced in some game platforms.

The Plumber Becomes An Automatic Runner

"Super Mario Run" has stripped the core of the video game to the very basics. But unlike the old game, this new mobile version is an automatic runner. That means this game will have Mario running on his own. But the player can control when the plumber jumps.

One Button Can Do Many Things

In "Super Mario Run," the player only needs to use one button. He only needs to tap on the button lightly and Mario will do a quick hop. If he presses the button longer, it will cause the plumber to fly in the air. The player can also combine several moves in different ways. This will send Mario leaping high to reach difficult high places, catapult to collect coins, and jump over enemies.

"Super Mario Run" has streamlined the controls and yet it is still able to offer many things that players can expect from the game. Players can still get Mario to power-up, collect coins, stomp goombas and jump high walls. Many of Mario's moves are made automatic in this latest version.

The Game Will Be Released Next Week

A report from Videogames Republic said that "Super Mario Run" will be available on the shelves by Dec. 15. The limited version of the game will also be available for download with no cost. But its full version will cost $10. Some say that this price is quite high for a smartphone game app. It will also be available on Android phones at a later date. The app also comes with a free game called "Toad Rally."
