Nintendo's upcoming mobile game Super Mario hasn't even been rolled out yet but analysts are being cocky, suggesting that the game will be a huge hit. The game stars Mario, Nintendo's flag bearer, as the Italian plumber runs through the Mushroom Kingdom, collecting as many coins as possible in what seems to be a one-chance run. The said icon has gathered so much fan attention that it is predicted to bring much success to its creators.

Analysts for app data, Sensor Tower says that the game's pricing scheme will lead to its revenue success. Super Mario Run is for free but a $10 fee is required to unlock all content. Based on its pre-release sign ups plus news from all sorts including hearsay, the mobile game platformer is set to earn $71 million during the first month, this will certainly put the new comer just behind Pokemon Go and Clash Royal with first month revenues of $314 million and $107 million respectively.

Moreover, Sensor Tower says that it foresees Super Mario Run to get over 50 million users in its first month, which would make it have 56% more users compared to Pokemon GO. The mobile AR game got 32 million downloads during its first month then rose up to 75 million soon after. It will be interesting to bet on Mario's popularity driving its game to surpass Pokemon GO.

One risk of not achieving the goal though is that Super Mario Run will only be launched on iOS. On top of that, China isn't one of the list of receivers of the game. Pokemon GO, on the other hand went worldwide across Android and iOS. Regardless, a release on Android and China would help much provided they decided to. As of this point, there is no official word for both.

Super Mario Run will be running all over iOS devices on Dec. 15, a perfect game for the holidays.
