‘Attack On Titan’ Season 2, Manga Chapter 88 Spoilers: Eren Yeager To Die Soon? New Season To Unmask Real Identities Of Titans

"Attack on Titan" Season 2 has been confirmed to be released in April 2017. Meanwhile, the 88th chapter of the manga counterpart of "AOT" is expected to be released anytime within the month. Here are some scoops on Season 2 and Chapter 88 of "Attack on Titan" we have gathered so far.

A report from Yibada claimed that the January 2017 issue of Bessatsu Monthly Shonen confirmed the launch of "Attack on Titan" Season 2. The magazine noted, "The January 2017 issue of Bessatsu Shonen Magazine is announcing that Hajime Isayama's 'Attack on Titan' manga will debut its second season in April 2017. The series was previously announced to have a second season in production at the Shingeki Matsuri event in July 2016," according to the report.

As for the plot, no confirmation has been released but speculations suggested that Season 2 of "Attack on Titan" will follow the "Clash of Titan" and "Uprising" arcs from its manga counterpart. Reports also claimed that the new season will be filled with revelations, including the unmasking of the real identities of Colossal Titan and Beast Titan. It is important to note, however, that these are merely speculations and have not been officially confirmed by the series producers yet.

Meanwhile, in a separate report from the same publication, it was teased that Eren Yeager only has eight years to live. "Attack on Titan" Chapter 88 spoilers suggested that Titans only have 13 years to live because the Titan power weakens its hosts, therefore, reducing their lifespans. That said, Eren may only have eight years left as he acquired his Titan powers five years ago.
