Netflix recently released a new trailer of "A Series of Unfortunate Events." The trailer gives fans a look of this series based on the books by Lemony Snicket. The first trailer of "A Series of Unfortunate Events" was already revealed and it focused on Count Olaf who is portrayed by Neil Patrick Harris.

The latest trailer which is the second for the series focuses on the Baudelaire children. "A Series of Unfortunate Events" follows the lives of Violet (Malina Weissman), Klaus (Louis Hynes) and Sunny Baudelaire (Presley Smith) right after their parents had an untimely passing. They are under their guardian's care, Count Olaf. Olaf will do anything to keep the inheritance that is supposed to be for the children.

This latest series from Netflix is based on the books, 'Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events Chronicles.' As the story moves on, the children find more details about their parent's lives while under the care of their distant relative and guardian.

It is reported that the series is developed by author Daniel Handler. The executive producers of the series include Handler and Barry Sonnenfeld. The cast who will join "A Series of Unfortunate Events" are, Joan Cusack who portrays the role of Justice Strauss and Alfre Woodard as Aunt Josephine.

Additionally, other casts joining are, Catherine O'Hara as Dr. Orwell, K. Todd Freeman who plays the role of Mr. Poe and Aasif Maandvi as Uncle Monty. Don Johnson is also part of the series and plays the role of Sir in "A Series of unfortunate Events."

Meanwhile, the latest trailer gives fans a glimpse of the children's humor and how they portray each of their roles in "A Series of Unfortunate Events." The supporting characters are also depicted in this latest trailer being released. "A Series of Unfortunate Events" is set to stream in Netflix on January 13, 2017.
