A study by Columbia University Professor Caleb Scharf postured a scientific theory that the origin of the universe was made possible by a super-advanced race of aliens billions of years ago. Scharf's research posited the idea that the whole universe is living inside an alien. Living inside what?

Published in the November 17, 2016, issue of scientific journal "Nautilus," Professor Caleb Scharf's study posited the role of a hyper-advanced alien race in the cosmos' existence. According to The Express, several esteemed astrophysicists are beginning to question the validity of the Big Bang Theory whose physics do not add up.

According to Professor Scharf, these super-intelligent aliens control all aspects of the physical existence of the universe. He believes that 27 percent of the mass-energy of the universe remains unseen. This mysterious mass is linked to the web-like topography traced by luminous gas and stars.

The Huffington Post reported that Scharf has a different view of dark matter, which is generally agreed by physicists is made of nothing but weak subatomic particles. Scharf explains that dark matter could be where most of life in the universe has always been, thanks to the mega-advanced alien race.

The study argues that the fabric of the universe is made up of subatomic particles where alien life resides. These non-human life forms are highlighted as the main driving force behind quantum physics. They have morphed into the physical world and are now maintaining the universe.

Scharf's study is part of an increasing interest by astrophysicists that is beyond the Big Bang theory, which is under assault from skeptics. Science and philosophy are formulating new theories on the creation of the universe, with aliens figuring prominently in their findings.

The astrophysicist admitted that his theory remains to be proven as well as other studies surrounding the origins of dark matter.
