Inquisitr reported that Stephen Amell, star of the “Arrow” TV series, said that Season 5 might be the last season for the popular show. Though there hasn't been any reason stated on why, but reporters believe that it might be because of the ratings of the previous season. The star of the show stated that he wasn’t happy with how it all turned up in the last season and that he believes that this one will be the landmark of the entire project. However, one of the Executive Producers of the series, Marc Guggenheim, was a lot milder in his statements. He said that he doesn’t believe that the show will conclude and that the Season 5 will be the end of the entire show, but just a new chapter in the lives of its heroes.

Leaving the show is a thing to think about for Stephen Amell, according to Comic Book Movie. He stated that it wasn’t how things unfolded for the last season and that this one could be its ending. Finding the magic formula for success is made of hard work and playing to your strengths he said, adding that if they do not achieve that, there will be other way but to cancel the show.

Stephen Amell, according to TV Line, announced the 100th episode of the “Arrow” as something special. The construction of the storyline allows the creators to whatever they think is good and this kind of freedom will be rewarded with some special things in the new episode. Oliver will wake up in another surrounding as if he never even left on Queens Gambit, his parents are still alive and well and his wedding to Laurel (Katie Cassidy) is about to happen. However, some small things will make him suspect that not everything is so pink for him. Both, Amell and Guggenheim revealed that there will be one special moment in the episode, a high performance of the main star that will leave the audience breathless.
