"The Big Bang Theory" season 10 "The Geology Elevation" unfolds with Bert, a Caltech geologist, Brian Posehn in real life.  He gets to be awarded at MacArthur Genius fellowship.  This makes Sheldon mad; really mad, perhaps. But what is he going to do about it?

Followers all knew that Sheldon is not a geology fan.  Thus, he considers this branch of science as less challenging and unimportant.  As Bert won the fellowship, it will not be a surprise that Sheldon gets envious of him.  Sheldon is famous for his competitive nature and has a tendency to feel superior over his workmates. Accompanying the award is the 500K US dollar grant for the geology department.

The next scene "The Big Bang Theory" Episode 9 shows Sheldon  whining to his friend, Leonard (Johnny Galecki), for not being happy about Bert's fellowship.  He cannot seem to believe that he was beaten by a geologist.  With a witty quip he says, a paper can beat rock and he doesn't seem to see the greatness of a rock, referring to Bert. Fans can't help but appreciate the wit of scriptwriter in inserting intelligent and funny lines in the conversation.

Carrying the obvious rage over his officemate, Sheldon accidentally hits a rock that landed on his foot.  In the next scene, Sheldon who is in pain, enters the room with Leonard assisting him to lie down on the couch. Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) immediately came to the rescue.  Penny then sees a tissue stuck in Leonard's bleeding nose.  He blurted out that the bleeding is because he laughed so hard.

Meanwhile, Howard or Simon Helberg, finds the old, remote-controlled action character of his invention, Stephen Hawking.
