'Naruto Shippuden Game' Update: 'Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' To Be Released February 2017

“Naruto” started out as a manga series back in the year of 1996 and since then has had a pretty strong run. Over a dozen movies, various games on different mediums and the series soon to conclude second run. This legacy is a heavy burden to the creators of “Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4”, will they manage to keep to it, or will the flop.

Vine Report announces that the game “Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4” will get its new and final DLC named “Road to Boruto”. It will feature a single player campaign revolving around Naruto’s son Bolt and his upbringing into a hero of Konoha, just like his father is. The DLC “Road to Boruto” will also feature a grown version of Naruto’s character, together with his new look and complete set of moves.

The new DLC will have two versions. Christian Today reports that the two versions of the DLC will be the digital version and a hard copy version. The difference between them is that the hard copy version will be available for play as a standalone game, without the “Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4” game. But playing it separately will come costly to fans, as the price of the hard copy is $49,99 as the version for digital distribution, which is considered a DLC to the game is $19,99. The physical release will be limited to Europe and Japan only.

What else does the new DLC have to offer? According to Namco Bandai’s official site, the DLC will offer a series of new characters coming from “Naruto : Boruto The Movie” which characters will be available for both online and offline play.

There will also be added new fighting styles for Naruto and Sasuke, together with the “Hokage Naruto” and “Adult Sasuke” costumes for the characters. “Road to Boruto” will be available for purchase in game shops in Europe and Japans and via Vavle’s digital distribution platform “Steam”.

The game is available on PC, PS 4 and XBOX One and will be released on 3 February, 2017.
