Heads up, Pokemon fans! Niantic Labs just rolled out a fresh batch of updates for all you trainers out there! You can now do daily bonuses with your favorite critter! Data miners managed to look around in the app's code and found information that Pokemon GO will feature daily bonuses in the future.

According to the Pokemon website, the update grants players to receive bonuses for completing activities in-game. These activities include catching your first Pokemon of the day, catching Pokemon every day for a week, visiting PokeStop at least once a day.

Aside from bonuses, catching a Pokemon will grant you 500XP and 600 Stardust along with the corresponding Pokemon Candy. These bonuses provide an easier way of leveling up your Pokemon and strengthening them further to take on Gyms. Doing that for seven days will yield 2,000XP and 2,400 Stardust. And additional items will pop up when you spin the PhotoDisc at a PokeStop every day. Doing that for seven days will yield to 2,000 XP as well as additional items. There's also the little quirk that if you catch any Pokemon on Tuesday local time, you'll be eligible for the next daily bonus on Wednesday at 12 AM local time.

There's no word yet as to when the update will be implemented. The Halloween event of the game, where there's an easier catch rate for Ghost-type Pokemon like Gengar, just ended. It proved to be successful. Hopefully, in the future, Niantic Labs will pull out more feature updates for the app, and it may entice players who dropped it to check it out again.
