"The Flash" season 3 just aired its fifth episode titled "Monster" and there's a lot going on for some of the major characters in the series. Actor Tom Cavanagh gave some insight on the new persona of Harrison Wells this season.

Cavanagh said that he wanted to do something different his season as far as his character is concerned. In the first season, Dr. Wells was the bad guy while in the second season, his character was a mystery. In "The Flash" season 3, he wanted to show a comical version of Harrison Wells, IBT reports.

In "The Flash" season 3 episode 5, Harrison Wells from Earth 19 or H.R. as he wanted to be called has a secret - several actually. First, he's not a scientist but rather he's a successful entrepreneur and by that he means that he's the face of Star Labs on Earth 19. He describes himself as the idea man or as Cavanagh puts it, H.R. is a bit of a con man that's looking for a fresh start. He also explained to the rest of the team that he's a novelist that wanted to write a great book.

Another thing that fans are eagerly waiting to see again is the Kid Flash. In a sneak preview of "The Flash" season 3 episode 6 titled "Shade," it showed Wally having dreams about him being Kid Flash from Flashpoint. It seems Wally is going to get his powers but it seems to look like he's possessed. Is this the Alchemy's handiwork? It seems Joe is not happy about it too.

It is also possible that Barry will finally reveal the real reason why he decided to leave Flashpoint. Question is will Wally still want to become a speedster after learning that he died because of it? Stay tuned for more "Flash" Season 3 news and updates.
