Seems like every gamer experienced the 'Xbox-PlayStation' dilemma. Each console has its unique features and offers. But this Chinese company, 'Fuze' made up with a new console that would bring you another dilemma.

As per Digital Spy, this console named Ouye (pronounced as 'Oh yeah'). Ouye runs on Android system, its price tag is marked at $140, enough to buy two new released games. Fuze also said that they will bring the likes of Assassin's Creed Chronicles, Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends and Saint's Row, and other PC, Mobile and console games to the Ouye console.

Apparently, your dilemma will end if you worry only about the design, since it is a fusion-like console of Xbox One and PS4. If you can't decide whether you want PS4's slanted and sleek console formation or Xbox One's grill top

If you still can't see the infringement of copyright, take a look on the controller. Looks like Fuze found a lot of inspiration in these two consoles.

As Mirror says, if the company would reach the target budget goal of $15,000, the price tag would be trimmed down to $70, still enough to buy a top hit game. Setting aside the garbage rip-off, it is still a trash since it is more of a mobile phone rather than a gaming console. Who wants to play Temple Run or Subway Surfers on a console?

Although we shall give props to the company for risking a high stake for a low take back. Because of its copyright issues, this cheap console could erase company's name on the map forever.

This smells like a lawsuit in the making. Don't worry, we will update you if they would issue a subpoena for the company, for now, check PlayStation VR's first wave aftermath!
