Google Pixel vs Sony Xperia XZ vs iPhone 7: Which New Smartphone Is Better?

The smart phone market is continuously growing as it introduced new handsets- Google Pixel, Sony Xperia XZ and the iPhone 7. But many users are confused as to which smart phone is best for them. For sure, many would like to see the difference and similarities of the three gadgets.

In terms of design, the iPhone 7 has a 4.7-inch full HD screen, Google Pixel has 5 inch screen and the Xperia offers a 5.2-inch full HD screens. Pixel has a resolution of 1440p while Xperia and iPhone only have 1080p.

iPhone 7 comes with the trendiest palette since it is available in Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Black and Jet Black Color. Google Pixel comes in Very Silver, Quite Black and Really Blue while the Xperia XZ is available in Mineral Black, Platinum and Forest Blue.

The Apple phone's fingerprint scanner is found at the front of the device, Google is at the fingerprint scanner on the backside of the phone while for XZ, only the Europe version has a fingerprint scanner, Pocket-Lint reported.

The three phones all use top of the line processor which may be hard for many to choose which one is better. Pixel runs with Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with a 32 GB space and 4GB RAM. Xperia features Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 with a 32 GB storage and 3GB RAM which can be expanded to 200 GB via MicroSD. The iPhone 7 features Apple A10 Fusion with a 32 GB storage and only 2GB RAM.

For the battery life, the Xperia XZ has packs 2,900 mAh battery, Pixel's is at 2,770 and that of the iPhone is 1960 mAh, TechTimes reported. And of course, of the three phones, only the iPhone 7 doesn't have a headphone jack.

Camera lovers would be interested to know about the three phone's camera spaces. Pixel has a 12.3 megapixel rear and 8 megapixel front camera while iPhone 7 has 12 megapixel rear and 7 megapixel front camera and the Xperia XZ has 23 megapixel back camera and a 13 megapixel front camera.

For the prices, the Sony Xperia XZ is tagged at $699.99, iPhone 7 starts at $649 for the 32GB model, and the iPhone 7 Plus 32GB starts at $769 while the 5-inch Pixel with 32GB of storage costs $649 and $749 with 128GB of onboard storage.
