The hype concerning the rumors about the leaked features of iPhone 7 is dominating the Internet. One main concern that's both bothering and intriguing the public is whether or not the new iPhone will model have a headphone jack or not. Unofficial reports say they probably won't and it would revolutionize the way people listen to music using their handphones.

With the new iPhone will be released in the coming days, the anticipation is growing. iPhone users are excited to find out what are the new features and thanks to the controversial leak of its features, there is an even greater eagerness for the latest apple product.

Based on rumors on the Internet, the new iPhone will be thinner than it predecessor. It is also said to be faster and is equipped with better and more powerful camera compared to the iPhone 6+.

But more people are concerned whether or not the new iPhone will have a headphone jack or not. There are a lot of rumors that says there probably won't be any in the new iPhone 7.

One Apple official was interviewed by Business Insider Reporter Alex Heath and when asked if the iPhone 7 won't have a headphone jack, Steve Wozniak, Apple co-founder said "Yeah, it will not have a headphone jack", according to a report by CNN.

No one can tell for sure, but the rumors cannot be dispelled either. Both Steve Jobs and Tim Cook invested on secrecy when it comes to releasing Apple products. As Tim Cook was quoted saying that they will  "double down on secrecy" four years ago.

The people's belief about Apple rumors is due to the fact that even Apple officials accept the fact that in this day and age, it is difficult to keep a product's feature top secret. "When Steve Jobs was around, there was still that hope they could surprise you," Gene Munster, an Apple analyst said in a statement. "Today, that hope is largely gone," Munster added.

How then will a speaker work without a headphone jack? Rumors say it will be using the charging or lightning connector, much like how the new Macbook Air is devoid of USB ports. If you look at this trend, then the rumors might just be true.

But whether or not the rumor is true, both Apple users and not aren't happy with the move saying that using a headphone is one of the basic features of a handphone and removing the jack may not be the best option for Apple.

It looks like iPhone 7 will be different from the rest of the models whether the consumers like it or not. And if it is true, this will mark the new era of handphone and headphone usage. Leave it to Apple to reinvent and they sure will deliver.
