'American Horror Story' Season 6 News & Update: Show Will Have Smaller Cast; Sarah Paulson May Return; Finn Wittrock Unconfirmed for the Sixth Season

"American Horror Story" is a popular show and the most notable aspect of the series is its casting. While the show has introduced several actors over the past, it is rumored that for season six, it will have a relatively smaller cast.

Finn Wittrock of "American Horror Story" has expressed interest in making a comeback to the sixth season of the TV series. However, it still remains unconfirmed whether or not he will return. In fact, it is speculated that only a handful of previous actors will come back to the upcoming season.

"I have heard it is going to be a little tighter - there were so many story lines in the last one and it was so big and epic, I have a feeling it might be a little more claustrophobic," he told the Wrap. "A smaller cast."

In a previous report, it was also claimed that Bradley Cooper may be a part of the show's sixth season. There are also talks Connie Britton and Evan Peters from "X-Men: Apocalypse" to be in season six.

Meanwhile, Sarah Paulson expresses her desire to be on the show. In a recent interview she said, "I've done a lot of crazy s- on [American Horror Story]. I've breast-fed a 35-year-old. I've had two heads. So, there's really nowhere you go, 'I will not do that.'" However, it is not known if she will return to the show or not. But Ryan Murphy has already announced that the actress has been approached to come back to the show's upcoming season.

"American Horror Story" Season 6 will premiere this fall on FX.
