During the shooting of Fifty Shades Darker, actor Jamie Dornan had his wife Amelia Warner visiting him in Canada. Amelia had been making constant and conscious efforts to reunite with her husband since their second baby.

However, on the other side, Jamie had to distance himself from the intensely sexy scenes that he was a part of in Fifty Shades Darker, according to reports. Therefore, her presence, though allowed them to spend quality time together, was a diversion from his current characterization and made him more focused to the domestic aspect of his life.

Just a few days before his wife's visit to Canada, she sent the sweetest possible birthday surprise to her husband. On the flip side of all, Jamie was not having the best of times with his co-star Dakota Johnson as they recently awarded the 'Razzie award' for the worst on-screen chemistry portrayed by them in the first installment of the 'Fifty Shades' series. Due to such below par chemistry, he has been under the pump to step up his performance in the upcoming sequels of the show.

Both Jamie and Dakota were seen working over-time to step up their on-screen chemistry, and before the arrival of his wife Amelia, Jamie was enhancing his camaraderie with Dakota so that they gel well with the character. Reports suggest that the actors are now sizzling on the sets beating speculations that they share a weak chemistry.

However, Amelia's trip to Canada and her regular visits to Vancouver have diluted the chemistry to a certain extent. This has stemmed the progress that the actors were making in their characterization as Jamie had to spend considerable amount of time with his wife assuring her that the onscreen chemistry won't materialize off-screen.

Dakota Johnson, on the other hand, has started focusing on her upcoming projects, 'A Bigger Splash'. The duo still does have interesting times left in their shoot in Vancouver though.
