The upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse" is developed to be the biggest mutant movie with the highest number of characters in any X-Men iteration. Even though there is whole new bunch of younger X-Men that are being introduced, there will be a bonus mutant character that will be revealed after the credits.

Warner Bros have not yet adopted post-credit scenes policy for their DC movies, it has now become a standard practice for Marvel and Fox superhero films. "X-Men: Apocalypse" will have an added post-credits scene that has already been confirmed in a leaked news last week. The film producer, Simon Kinberg, shared on what can be expected from the film's teaser.

"It's a nod toward potentially a lot of different movies", Kinberg told Collider. "I mean certainly the Wolverine movie is related to what happens at the end of it, but there's also another character that's introduced, at least in name, in the tag and he could show up in any host of different X-Men films. Maybe a Gambit movie, maybe another X-Men movie".

From the looks of it, whoever Kinberg is talking about is all set to play a significant role in X-Men series. The post-credit gambit hint mat be pointing towards a solo film that may be released next year.

Nothing more is known about the mutant that will be introduced to the "X-Men" fans after the post credit scene. However, there is only one hope that whoever it is, they are worth staying for till the end.

The movie will be directed by Bryan Singer and star Michael Fassbender, Oscar Isaac, Jennifer Lawrence, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn, Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Nicholas Hoult. The movie will first hit the UK theatres on May 18, 2016 and then in US on May 27, 2016.
