Mad Max British star Tom Hardy is reportedly going to make a cameo appearance in the highly anticipated sci-fi movie 'Star Wars Episode VIII'. The 38-year-old actor will appear as First Order storm trooper in the eight installment in the highly successful movie franchise.

As per MakingStarWars.Net, the 38-year-old actor will reportedly run into John Boyega's character Finn aka FN-2187 whom he released after a series of surprising yet comical events. If the rumor proves accurate, then Hardy will follow a long line of actors and actresses who were squeezed into the set for a historic albeit very brief appearance.

The cameo appearance remains unconfirmed as of this time so it's better to take this rumor with a grain of salt as of the moment. But with similar precedence in The Force Awakens such as the involvement of 007's Daniel Craig, the news couldn't be far from accurate. As per Headlines and Global News, the two princes of England will reportedly have their own cameo appearance too in the movie.

In other Star Wars update, the sequel to The Force Awakens will see a number of actors with reprising roles which includes Lupita Nyong'o (Maz Kanata), Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma), Dohmnall Gleeson (General Hux), Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Carrie Fisher (General Leia), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), and Andy Serkis (Snoke), the Collider reported.

Episode 8 will not be the last Star Wars project to be made. Currently, another upcoming title of the Star Wars series is still under production. The project is reportedly titled 'Rogue One' which will feature Felicity Jones.

According Huffington Post, another prequel spinoff churning out from Lucasfilms will concentrate on the young Han Solo which will be played by Alden Ehrenreich. So far, Ehrenreich appears to have kept his competitors at bay which include actors like Miles Teller and Dave Franco.
