Kstar News: Yoo In Na to leave her position as DJ on “Raise the Volume”

Base on a source, Korean actress and DJ Yoo In Na reportedly to leave her current position as a DJ on one of the highly rated radio program in South Korea "Raise the Volume".

On April 27th episode, In Na opened up saying, "I'm sorry. I didn't want to cry, but I can't say I won't cry for this last broadcast. I thought a lot about it today, and now that I'm sitting here, I'm tearing up. I wanted to tell you something today. I think the headlines will go out in a bit. That's why I said that I told the producers I wanted to tell you all right away."

She explained, "I'm going to step away from my DJ spot for a while. Honestly, I never wanted to give this up. No matter how busy or tired I was, I thought that I was born to do this... It wasn't something I could keep because I wanted to. I wanted to do well, and the time I can't do well has come."

Yoo In Na closed, "These days, I've been absent a lot... I think that it's better for me to return when I can do my best. Of course, as long as I get the chance. I said I'd do this until I became a grandma, but I apologize for not keeping my promise. I wasn't being insincere, though." (allkpop)

The actress and DJ has been part of the radio program family since 2011 after starting as a radio DJ in November 2011, Yoo In Na managed to rise to the top with the highest number of listeners from all three broadcast stations between 8~10PM for the last years. Listeners even gave Yoo In Na the nickname of 'ggol-dee,' short for 'the DJ with sweet as honey voice.'

And now, it saddened most of her listeners regarding the news of her departure on the said radio program.

The last episode of 'Yoo In Na's Volume Up' airs on May 8. Actor Jo Yoon Hee will be taking over 'Volume Up' on May 9.

The actress and DJ Yoo In Na also best known for her drama characters on "Queen InHyun's Man" and "My Love from the Star".
