Grey’s Anatomy News Update and Spoilers: Arizona and Callie Clash over Sofia

The upcoming episodes of 'Grey's Anatomy' are going to be tough on the resident couples as everyone will be having their share of fights and fumbles. It will be a testing time in every right.

According to reports, a big battle between Callie and Arizona over their daughter Sofia is on the cards. The duo will be lashing out at each other when Callie tells Arizona about her decision to move Sofia to New York as she is also moving in with her new girlfriend Penny.

Arizona seems determined for a fight and won't give up Sofia's custody easily. Well, their relationship has been strained ever since Callie walked out on the therapy, making it difficult to reconcile their differences. But now that Penny has entered the scene, it looks like the reconciliation will never happen.

The report also suggests that this week's episode will see both of them sitting together at a café where Callie will tell her about the New York apartment she has found and how close it is to some good schools. But Arizona seems to have a whiff of her plans and she won't part with Sofia.

Since she is working at Grey-Sloan, it would mean few and far between meetings with Sofia. And Arizona does not want this. Callie might be the biological mother of Sofia but Arizona has adopted her and thus, holds as much right on her as Callie.

Arizona has also talked to April's lawyer (Callie has no idea about it) about the custody issue and looks all set to battle out the matter. Now, this will be quite interesting as we would get to see a new side of Arizona.

In another event highlighting the issue of gun control, Owen and Amelia will come across a sensitive case where a little boy has been shot while playing with a gun. The duo will have a tough time as they try to save his life while his aggrieved friend, who shot him accidentally, waits at the hospital.
