"Battlefield 5" is one of the most talked about games as of now and it only shows how highly anticipated this game is.

No release date has been determined for the launch of "Battlefield 5." However, according to Electronic Arts, the game is all set to arrive this year between September and December.

Needless to say, the excitement around the game is building exponentially with every passing day. According to the latest rumors, the game is set in World War 1 and is expected to be a huge game this year, so much so that it will threaten other FPS in its league like COD, Assassin's creed etc.

There have also been reports that this game will be based on Frostbite engine. DICE is already looking to hire a resource who is willing to work with the team and "plan, implement and evaluate a system for computing optimal view distances for mesh LOD transition." The job ad specifies that the work will involve Frostbite game engine. While it didn't say if the ad was about "Battlefield 5," it is likely that the new game will operate on this engine. Having said that, the game will be the most advanced title for that specific engine.

However, it is important to note that this is only a speculation and that EA DICE is yet to confirm the game rumors.

In other leak reports, they contained DLC plans for the game. Other reports claimed that "Battlefield 5" will be launched on Nintendo NX.

Until an official word is out, fans should take all these rumors with a pinch of salt. While nothing has been revealed about the game's release date, it is widely anticipated that there will be a big announcement at E3 this June.
