The game developers faced severe criticism after their recent update. Gamers were annoyed by many bugs. Previous reports indicate that "Clash of Clans" March update came with many issues and the dreaded device compatibility problem. Several features just stopped functioning abruptly that added the the gamers' ire.

Many fans were also sorely disappointed with the matchmaking feature that Supercell promised to its gamers. The developer assured that the new Town 11 was completely matched to the maxed Town Hall 11, where there is no chance to win. The matchaming algorithm of the game was more centered on win-loss ratio rather than strategy and structure.

According to a recent report, Supercell has already fixed some of the "Clash of Clans" bugs following their March update. Some of the fixed issues are related to heal rates of the healers, traps not activated by the game heroes, matchmaking issue, "Clash of Clans" notifications and health points of Valkyrie. The March update was more flawed that the fans expected it to be.

Anytime Supercell fails to offer a seamless update, the team offers an optional update soon after. The announcement for the optional update was posted in the Supercell forum. The gamers will be able to download it as soon as it available on their app store. The new update includes tweaked air defense graphics which has made them easier to spot, war events screen making old and new stars clearer to read and fixing of edit mode crash when cancel is pressed.
