If "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" is about healing from past, why cannot brother Josh Duggar publicize his life post rehab, "move on" and make financial gains?

New reports claim Josh has plans to tour the world and talk about his life post rehab. The selling point, according to sources close to the Duggars, could be curiosity among fans of '19 Kids' to know how Josh's relationship with wife Anna and the rest of his family changed after his scandals became public.

Josh Duggar made headlines last year when he confessed molesting minors as a teenager; two victims were his sisters Jill and Jessa Duggar. Two porn actors later alleged they had sex with him. The Ashley Madison leak also featured Josh Duggar's name and made him the first celebrity victim of the scandal.

Duggar later joined a faith-based rehabilitation program for sex addiction, which ended recently after six months. Rumors of Anna Duggar leaving her husband surfaced at the start of his rehab term but she stood by her husband, like the rest of his family. Reports however continue to emerge that Josh Duggar is having difficulty fit into the Duggar clan.

"He feels horribly guilty about everything he has done to his family, and so he does not want to be seen right now," a source told Hollywood Life. "What's worse is that no one wants to visit him. He is being shunned by his big family. The other Duggar family members are ignoring him and refuse to acknowledge that he is back."

Given the inhibitions in the family, there might just be some truth to the rumors that Josh wants to go solo and make money.

"He has to make money and this could be very lucrative for him. It's likely Josh will travel the world to talk at Christian fundamentalist events this year," a source was quoted saying.
