Jay Z and Beyonce have been rumored to be heading for divorce as they finalize their 'post-nup' agreement that basically discussed how their $1B would be divided when they split.

The report started from Radar Online with a source saying, ""They have a pre-nuptial agreement already in place, but so much has happened in terms of their empire that it's needed updating for some time."

Since their marriage in 2002, Queen B and the Tidal owner, have grown an empire in their careers in a way that they have been labeled as the wealthiest couple in Hollywood. Last year, however, they were dethroned by sweethearts, Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift with a staggering income of $146 million, Hollywood Life said.

Now that their marriage is on the brink of divorce, the two music artists are preparing for the worst.

"When they went through their roughest period last year, they both agreed it was time to re-clarify certain aspects of their agreement, but it's taken months to go through all their assets with a fine-tooth comb."

The source further elaborated the terms in the agreement specifically on how the soon-to-be-exes would take care of Blue Ivy and other kids after the divorce saying that the two 'negotiated 50-50 custody terms, plus trust funds for their daughter Ivy and any future children, along with who gets what property and possessions if they separate.'

The report came out after Bey is rumored to be bearing her second child. In a January 23 photoshoot, the diva is said to have attempted covering her baby bump during a photoshoot by wearing a bulky, flowing gown further covered with a hoodie, according to Aceshowbiz.

"It was pretty indicative she was covering up. She had a dress on, but this really big black hoodie covering up. That was the outfit she used for the whole shoot. She definitely had a little belly pouch," a source once said.
