Robert Pattinson, FKA Twigs and Katy Perry's appearance at the Go Campaign on Thursday sparked rumors with some sources bringing up previous gossip of a possible Robert-Katy romance in the heels of the Twilight star's engagement with Twigs.

Inquisitr mentioned that an onlooker noticed how Pattinson and the Roar singer have 'amazing chemistry' with Rob's close friends saying that a possible hookup may happen anytime soon as they are 'growing close' again.

The source further said that the Twilight hunk regretted having proposed to Twigs earlier this year.

However, Gossip Cop blasted this rumor saying that 'Whoever said that is lying' and the previous hookup story between Rob and Katy that made the actor 'seemed happier' is all fabricated.

On Friday, the tabloid anticipated rumors to heat up with the presence of Katy, rumored to be dating the English actor while she was in one of her relationship break with John Mayer.

"We would not be surprised if some particularly bad webloids try to heat up fake romance rumors between Pattinson and Perry," the tabloid reported that time.

It can be remembered in 2013 that the Unconditionally singer said in a UK Elle interview that she really texted Pattinson's ex-girlfriend, Kristen Stewart that she and Pattinson are just very close friends.

"I sent her [Stewart] a text message saying: 'I know you've seen all this stuff but you know I would never disrespect you. I'm just trying to be a friend to him but it is unfortunate that I do have a set of t***," Katy said in that interview.

The Go Campaign was a star-studded event with Go Campaign Ambassador, Ewan McGreggor with musical performances by FKA Twigs, Kate Hudson, Katy Perry, Vin Diesel, Jerrod Carmichael and director Luc Besson, Variety reported.

In the event, California Girls songstress also won the bidding that led her to pay $5, 500 for 50 people to enjoy a Mexican fiesta.

Aside from giving of donations, founder & CEO Scott Fifer has also announced Go Campaign initiatives to help girls all over the world to have quality education. Also, included is there program to raise money in building a school orchestra using recycled instruments.
