Taylor Swift Calvin Harris Relationship Updates: Songstress Not Begging DJ To Marry Her
Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris is not taking their relationship to the next level contrary to the pervading marriage rumors about the couple that have been headlining for weeks now.
As mentioned in a report from IB Times, a source said that it the Wildest Dreams singer are taking things slow in their relationship and does not want the DJ to think she is begging him to marry her.
"Things are still good but [Taylor and Calvin] are not going as fast as everyone thinks. Those wedding rumors freaked them both out. That is definitely not where they are at. It's a nice fantasy but the last thing Taylor wants is for Calvin to think she's desperate for him to put a ring on it. That's just awkward," a source said.
It was previously rumored that Scottish DJ is meaning to approach Tay's father and seek approval for their marriage.
The union also said to be a big event participated by at least 400 visitors and to be held in a castle in England.
"What the press says I'm doing: Buying a Bev Hills mansion, getting married in an English castle. What I'm doing: Playing a show in St. Louis," the songstress said in a previous interview.
With these conflicting reports, the couple has now come up with a decision to continue their relationship privately without sharing updates on social media, another report from IB Times said.
"The attention was getting to be too much for them. They want to take the pressure off and not have everyone's eyes on them. They're trying to be more private when they meet up. They realised it was a mistake to share so much on social media - they just want some privacy back," according to a source.
Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris' marriage rumors started when Calvin is spotted inside a shop in Los Angeles that sells diamond jewelries.
"He said he wanted something 'very special' for Taylor. He was asking about the best cuts and eyed a ring that was $1.4 million. He was clearly eager to get the perfect rock, no matter the cost," a source said as mentioned in Latin Post.
