Steffy and Liam's relationship on "The Bold and the Beautiful" is about to get very rocky.

In Wednesday's episode, Liam (Scott Clifton) finally starts to believe Ivy's (Ashleigh Brewer) word that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was responsible for Aly's (Ashlyn Pearce) death after he sees the incriminating video. Despite the video, which shows Steffy hitting Aly, Liam will still stay by her side, the spoilers claimed via Celeb Dirty Laundry.

Even though Liam will support Steffy, she will still continue to try and explain to Liam that everything she did was in self-defense. The video never showed Aly running toward Steffy with a rock. Liam, however, will still think that Steffy killed Aly. The couple will be headed down a rough patch.

In the other love triangle, Thomas (Pierson Fode) will reportedly try to talk to Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) again about her relationship with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). She will once again tell him that she is happy with Ridge. The spoilers stated that Thomas will continue to question the stability of that relationship.

Meanwhile, a new character is expected to shake things up. According to reports earlier this week, the show is planning on adding a male bisexual character named Christian. Although not much is known about whom the character will be romancing, the rumors are claiming that he might start dating two characters at once. The addition of Christian might also mean that one of the existing characters will be coming out as gay or bisexual.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs Monday through Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
