Josh Duggar Latest Update: Wife Gives Birth to Fourth Baby As '19 Kids and Counting" Gets Axed
Breaking his silence, Josh Duggar announced the birth of his fourth child on Sunday.
"Announcing the arrival of Meredith Grace Duggar. Baby and wife Anna are "doing well," Duggar wrote with photos he posted, according to USA Today.
The birth comes amidst TLC's decision to cancel 19 Kids and Counting.
"After thoughtful consideration, TLC and the Duggar family have decided to not move forward with 19 Kids and Counting. The show will no longer appear on the air. The recent attention around the Duggars has sparked a critical and important conversation about child protection," USA Today quoted TLC.
The popular reality show portraying the Duggar family was taken off air when allegations of Josh Duggar molesting underage girls including his sisters as a teenager in 2002, surfaced in May. Duggar later apologized but the family has been in news ever since.
Gulf News reports that TLC is now producing a documentary to raise awareness about sexual abuse of minors and members of Duggar family, including two of Josh Duggar's sisters who were his victims, may be involved in the production.
