Ailing Bobbi Kristina Brown is not doing well as there is no improvement in her health, her grandmother Cissy Houston has revealed.

"She's the same, she's not progressing at all. She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her...I have nothing to do with that. That's His job. It's His territory, you know? And I understand it," the 81-year old gospel singer shared during an interview with Entertainment Tonight on Saturday, Eonline reports.

Bobbi Kristina was found face down in a bathtub on January 31 at her Georgia home. She had suffered irreversible brain damage which forced doctors to put her in an induced coma. While she was later revived and moved to a rehabilitation facility, there has not been much improvement, according to Houston. Doctors have reportedly told the family that they cannot do much for Bobbi.

"We go to the hospital every day and pray. And, you know, I talk to [Bobbi Kristina] because she can still hear, and I rub her hand and whatnot," Houston added.

Bobbi Kristina is daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. Her father Brown and her aunt Pat Houston were named co-guardians to her estate last week, allowing them to take decisions regarding her medical care.
