iPad Mini 4 Release Date, Specs And Price Update: Tablet Rumored To Be Out Next Month

Apple is looking forward to launch its next device in the coming month, according to rumors.

Christian Post noted that Apple is planning to unveil iPad Mini 4 next month, followed by a market release in September or October.

iPad Mini 4, if launched at all, is pegged to arrive with an A8 processor and 802.11 ac Wi-Fi support. However, rumors also suggest that iPad Mini 4 might sport a A9 processor instead A8.

Once the iPad Mini 4 is launched in the market, the original iPad Mini and the recent iPad Mini 3 will soon be out of the market.

iPad Mini 3, compared to iPad Mini 2 has been a major disappointment as the model only included TouchID and a gold color option.

iPad Mini 4 could start at $399 while iPad Mini 3, and iPad Mini 2 might see a price drop to $249.

The iPad Mini 4 joins the list of this year's purported Apple tablets, alongside the iPad Air 3 and the 12-inch iPad Pro (aka iPad Air Plus), neither of which have been confirmed by Apple.

Apple has not confirmed these speculations yet.
