App-based ride-sharing giant Uber has rolled a slew of app features aimed to improving relations with its drivers which include the ability to charge fines to late riders, pause trip requests, and inputting specific routes on their way home from work. Meanwhile, Uber is also making an inroad into the auto financing sector by offering subprime loans to would-be drivers who wish to rent or own an Uber car.
