Blizzard has announced that the Holiday Event for Overwatch is coming today on Dec. 13, and a lot of people are curious as to what they can expect from the game. After a very successful reception of Halloween's "Junkenstein's Revenge" mission, some guess that Blizzard has another PvE (Player vs Environment) level coming to the Holidays.

Overwatch Christmas event will most likely come with a Santa skin for Torbjorn as Blizzard had teased the look way back in 2014. With Holiday events being a new thing with Overwatch, Christmas is the perfect time to have Santabjorn introduced to the game. Other popular characters who players want to see as Santa are Reinhardt and Roadhog. There have also been ideas for a Reindeer Tracer, a "Dad Sweater" version of Soldier 76, and a Grinch version of Reaper.

Some have also suggested that they want to see Junkrat or Mercy as elves and Bastion as a Nutcracker for Overwatch Event. Mei is also a good candidate for Mrs. Clause but it's also possible that she could come with a Snowman skin - what with all her ice manipulating abilities. Since it is the holidays, it's even possible that there could be skins for Hanukah or Kwanzaa.

As for a new location, Blizzard has teased a snowy version of the King's Row map in their Overwatch Christmas Event announcement, so players can expect something similar to the Halloween mission. It was even reported that the developers behind Blizzard had released "Junkenstein's Revenge" in order to see if the community was willing to have more PvE-type challenges in Overwatch. Will Santabjorn have to go against the Grinch-Reaper's army of bots? Or will Reindeer Tracer have to deliver a payload of all the children's gifts?

Overwatch Christmas Event arrives today on Dec. 13, and some suspect that it would be up and running sometime around 12 to 5 p.m. EST.
