Coolpad, a global leader in smartphone manufacturing and integrated wireless data solutions, today launched the limited ‘Gold edition’ of their widely popular Coolpad Note 3 Lite. Supposedly, the limited edition was launched to celebrate the milestone of five lakh happy customers. The newly- launched Gold variant of Coolpad Note 3 Lite will be available exclusively on Amazon’s Indian website from June 09at a price of INR 7499 or about 120$.

A supply chain report by TrendForce reveals that Apple may ditch the 16GB base storage variant, and upgrade it to 32GB.The TrendForce report backs rumours of a possible 256GB storage option, without specifying whether only the 'Pro' or larger 5.5-inch version will support it, and adds Apple may ditch the 64GB variant altogether, replacing it with a 128GB variant.
