Taiwan 6.4 Magnitude Earthquake Toppled Buildings; Left 8 Dead

At least 18 people and hundreds more injured as rescuers are locked in a race against time to pull out survivors buried alive under the rubble of a 17-storey apartment building that collapsed when a 6.4 magnitude earthquake hit Taiwan.
