Former Bachelor contestant, Erin Storm, met an ill-fated private plane crash while going solo on an ultralight glider-like plane. The 41-year old pilot was last seen on Matt Grant season of the hit reality dating show for several episodes until she was finally dumped by Grant on the third week.
