Rumored insider reports suggest that Facebook is planning to expand its Messenger for Business platform by offering chatbots and other live chat APIs to clients to improve efficiency in responding to customer requests, orders, and inquiries. The social network’s chat app has now more than 900 million users sending more than a billion messages across its platform.
