Former San Diego Chargers doctor Dr. David Chao is facing yet another accusation filed by California State Medical Board over unprofessional conduct and gross negligence over his care of NFL Hall of Famer and now deceased Junior Seau. Seau was reportedly having depression and sleep deprivation issues but Chao still prescribed him sleep drug Ambien.
