Reality TV star and aspiring model, Kylie Jenner will reportedly spend $2.7 million on a five-bedroom house, TMZ reported.

The 17-year-old half sister to the Kardashian clan and younger sister to model Kendall Jenner will move into her new luxury house in The Oaks, which is an exclusive gated community in Calabasas. The house is one block away from properties that Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian own separately.

Other celebrities that live in this part of San Fernando Valley include Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez and Drake.

The 4,900 square foot home has five bedrooms, a huge kitchen, outdoor pool and a home theater. Kylie's mom and manager, Kris is reportedly overseeing the purchase, which will be made with the teenager's own money. Kylie's fortune mainly comes from the "Keeping up with the Kardashians." However, the young star has modeled and worked with several clothing stores alongside Kendall.

Kylie will be the last of the five sisters to move out on her own. Last year, Kendall purchased a condo worth $1.39 million located in Los Angeles. The 19-year-old reportedly took out a $910,000 mortgage on the two-bedroom property.

Kylie and Kendall recently promoted their PacSun Spring Collection, which will be available on Feb. 27. The duo also announced that they will be working on a collection for Topshop.

Aside from showing the world that she is becoming an independent woman, Kylie displayed her shockingly tiny waist in on her Instagram. In the photo, Kylie's sweatpants are pulled down a little bit, exposing her underwear.
