First-year president of the New York Knicks, Phil Jackson has had enough with the Knicks' performance this year. After a blowout lost against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Jackson ripped the team on Twitter, stating that the Knicks gave the basketball god "heartburn."

In the 101-83 loss on Sunday, the Knicks trailed by as many as 30 points. They shot 38 percent and missed 19 out of their 22 three-point field goals attempts. The Cavaliers, on the other hand, came out strong. LeBron James and Kyrie Irving both scored 18-points apiece. James passed Allen Iverson on the NBA's all-time scoring list to reach number 22. Kevin Love recorded 16 points and 16 rebounds, while former-Knick J.R. Smith had 17. The Knicks traded J.R. Smith and Iman Shumpert in January.

In their return to New York, Smith caught a lob pass from Shumpert and delivered an amazing slam-dunk with his back facing the basket. The alley-oop even got James standing and cheering.

"That was beautiful, that was special," James said. "I was planning on not getting up too many times off the bench, start my treatment session, but that was special."

"You couldn't have written it any better. The way we ended it, I think it was one for the books," Smith said of his alley-oop slam. "For us, the whole mindset is a little different [in Cleveland]. As opposed to trying to get a win, the mindset now is expecting to get a win. The total approach is different. Both of us feel rejuvenated."

The Cavaliers have won 16 of their last 18 games and are currently ranked fourth in the Eastern Conference.

The Knicks are playing without their star, Carmelo Anthony who recently opted for surgery on his left knee. Anthony is out for the rest of the season. The Knicks also bought out Amar'e Stoudemire's contract right after the All-Star break.

Jackson, who brought in first-time head coach Derek Fisher, had high hopes for the Knicks. Before the start of the season, Jackson declared to the fans that the Knicks would make it to the playoffs. Jackson's playoff hopes died quickly when the Knicks lost 36 of their first 41 games. The Knicks also set a new franchise record of losing 16 straight games.

The Knicks (10-45) currently have the worst record in the league.
