Users of Samsung Galaxy S5 from Sprint are getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop update today (Feb 5), the company announced on its official support page.

Apart from the devices being updated to Android 5.0, the phone will also get enhanced VoWiFi UI. In the update, Samsung says it has removed the lumen tool bar as well. The update will bump the device to software version G900PVPU1AOA6.

Sprint's HTC One M7 is also getting the Android 5.0 today. HTC had recently admitted that some of its carrier variants of the One (M7 and M8) will not get Android 5.0 update within the self-imposed 90-day window, which ended on February 1. However, the HTC One M7 will not be missing the window by much.

Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5 has already gotten Android 5.0. Hopefully updates from T-Mobile and AT&T are also not far behind for the phone.
