Beyonce and Jay-Z Divorce Rumors: Bad Timing in Midst of New Baby and Swedish Streaming Deal?
Jay-Z does not look like a man going through divorce. With rumors of a baby in tow and a business acquisition round the corner, divorce does not seem to be on the cards for the rapper-turned-entrepreneur.
If Rolling Stone is to be believed, Jay Z has invested $ 56 million to acquire Swedish company Aspiro which controls music services Wimp and Tidal. If shareholders give their nod to the deal, the services could well end up in rapper's kitty adding to another feather to his growing list of businesses. The acquisition is said to be nearly done.
On the personal front, Jay Z and Beyonce were recently spotted dining with friends Kelly Rowland and her beau. Beyonce is said to be visibly pregnant and the couples had a relaxed outing. They were also joined by Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles, Classiclite reports. If Beyonce and her husband were divorced it did not show.
The trouble in Beyonce and Jay Z's paradise reportedly began after Jay Z and Beyonce's sister Solange fought in the elevator last year following the Met Gala. While the family is said to have moved on, rumors of an imminent split did not die immediately. Reports also surfaced that the rapper's family were unhappy he was not spending much time with them. All that notwithstanding, the couple have stayed put.
